Shipping & Returns

Plain-English version of how we handle shipping, returns, and warranties. If you have a specific situation that isn't covered here, support@kachigloves.com will sort it out.

Shipping

US Orders

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
• Flat $12 shipping on orders under $150.
• Expedited / 2-day shipping available at cost at checkout.
• Ships from Miami. Typical in-transit time: 3–5 business days to most of the US, 2–3 to Florida / Southeast.

International Orders

We ship to most countries on request. Standard carriers: USPS International, DHL, FedEx. Costs vary by destination and weight — email hello@kachigloves.com with your country and what you want to order, and we'll get you a quote.

Customers in Latin America: julio@kachigloves.com handles Spanish-language shipping inquiries directly.

Build Times (Custom Gloves)

Custom gloves take 6 weeks typical from design approval to shipment. The build timeline is documented in detail at The Custom Glove Process. Shipping time (3–5 business days) is on top of build time.

Returns

Non-Custom Items (Stock, Standard, Apparel, Accessories, Bats)

• 30-day returns from delivery date.
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Free return shipping via prepaid label.
• Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom Gloves

Custom gloves are built to your exact specification (size, web, pocket depth, color, embroidery) — these are non-refundable.

Exception: if a custom glove arrives with a defect (lacing, construction, embroidery error on our side), it's covered under our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. Email support@kachigloves.com with photos.

Damaged in Transit

If your glove arrives damaged from shipping, email support@kachigloves.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace immediately and file the shipping claim on our side — you don't handle it.

Warranty

Every Kachi glove is covered by a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Full details at the Warranty page. Short version: if a manufacturing defect shows up, we repair or replace. Normal wear-and-tear is not a defect.
